RULES & POLICIES

Off Season: May 1, 2018 to June 14, 2018 and September 3, 2018 to October 2018
                    *Note:  May long weekend requires a damage deposit of $350 per room

Peak Season: June 15, 2018 to September 2, 2018


We ask that all our guests Please be courteous to each other, to ensure everyone enjoys their time here.

 Communal BBQ areas are to be shared, during the operational times posted.

 

Guests are responsible for the original length of their booking.
Late arrivals or early departures will be charged for the entire reservation.

 

Our Rooms, Court yard & Pool area are SMOKE FREE   
 which includes vapor (e-cigerettes).
We do supply ashtrays where smoking is permitted.
Please inquire at the office where ashtrays are located.

 

Our Heated Pool is for registered guests only.
Any visitors using our pool, will be asked to leave.
 

Glass is not permitted in or around the pool.
Plastic cups are provided in each room.

Please supply your own Pool Towels.

Bicycle stands are provided and relocated. 
We ask that you bring your own locks, as we do not allow bikes in our rooms.

 Quiet time begins at 11:00pm and is enforced.

 

Manigaming Resort DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.
We are a pet free facility.
If you or your guest bring a pet, You will be required to remove it from the property,
and will charged a $350 policy violation fee.

 Sidewalk chalk is not pemitted on our property.

Registered guests are responsible for their visitors.
Please be sure they are aware of and follow our rules & policies.

Please wash all dishes, ensure all supplies are back in your room,
and take out garbage & recycling prior to checkout - $75.00 addtnl fee. 
Garbage dumpsters are located behind the motel and recycling drop off located at end of Ta-Wa-Pit Drive.

 

Check in beginning July 3, 2018:

      4:00pm to 6:00pm

      If you cannot checkin by 6pm, please advise front desk to make other arrangements.

 

Check out:

     11:00am

 

Office Hours:

10:00am to 6:00pm

 

Pool Hours:

      10:00am to dusk – In peak season

      In off season, as determined by management

 

Towel Exchange:

     10:00am to 6:00pm

Please do not use metal utensils on the nonstick cookware. Nylon Tongs are provided.

 

Please leave your room in an orderly manner at checkout.
